Edit: Probably shouldn't have told her that if it had been 0.5% off it would've been rounded up so essentially she missed out by 0.1%. Dramatic

She's asked, they won't remark it, something to do with it being checked twice anyway. She can only contest it if she think's it's been marked with prejudice against her or something.
She'll get over it, she only got 70s and 80s in her third year but shouldn't have drank so much and wasted time in her second year!-

Her 2nd year counts too? Unlucky... after drinking too much in my 2nd year my 3rd year marks were luckily the only ones that counted towards mine. Congratulations to her anyway but I'd be gutted if I worked my arse off in 3rd year and had 2nd year come back and bite me on the arse like that.
4 years after my A Level results I still tell people I got a B in history but was only a couple of marks away from an A... these almost marks haunt you forever, you will never hear the end of it

Yep, both years count. Hers was 25:75, mine was 50:50! Now THAT'S mean! She got a mixture of 70s and 80s in her 3rd year but 50s and 60s in her 2nd and it was just enough to drag it down.
Personally I was 2% off a First, that kinda sucks as well because it's still close but doesn't sound as bad as 1%, less sympathy
doesn't matter in the end anyway! -
