Earlier.
Man in class: "She insisted on being addressed as 'Ms Chambers'. Nobody uses Ms anymore, do they? Well, apart from the unmarried over 35s, divorcees, and lesbians - they all insist on it."
Me: "Well, I use Miss..."
Man: "Oh - are you divorced?!"
At least he didn't think I was over 35.

Pro I hate Ms - it is so bloody androgynous (spelt badly I am sure!). What is wrong with being a Miss or a Mrs?

In real life I prefer Ms, I don't see why we have to indicate whether we are married or not, afterall men don't.
Interestingly most people assume on seeing that I use this title assume that I am divorced.

Pro I used to love people knowing I was married (at the beginning it was all 'have you met my husband?' and 'oh I will just ask my husband') 
I just think Ms sounds so frumpy, it is almost as bad as the term spinster - vile!
